Webb Companies is a family-owned Virginia corporation engaged in the development and acquisition of investment real estate in Virginia and Maryland. Due to a diversified portfolio of well-established income properties, a strong balance sheet, consistent cash flows and excellent liquidity, Webb Companies can capitalize on opportunities for new development or acquisitions during all phases of the real estate cycle.

The Company, which moved to new offices in Centreville, Virginia in November 2011, develops and owns retail shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, childcare centers and flex-industrial properties in Virginia and Maryland. Additionally, the Company has experience in the joint venture development of single-family and multi-family residential projects in both Northern Virginia and Maryland. Much of the Webb Companies success is due to strong, established relationships with partners who share a similar long-term vision.

Brief History
